Training topics


I will custom-tailor your training to your unique needs and context. Topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout

    Burnout is an all-too-common feature of mission-based organizations. Coaching skills empower us to get to “the root causes” of these issues, so that we can create an environment in which people can flourish.

  • Resilience in times of uncertainty and change

    Stress is often a byproduct in times of rapid change. Coaching skills help lift us out of knee-jerk reactivity and into a responsive way of being that lets us engage — and even thrive — amidst adversity.

  • Creating a culture of trust and compassion

    Organizations with a collaborative culture enjoy increased innovation, performance, and satisfaction. Coaching skills help us create a context in which people are seen, valued, and supported with no one left out.

Approach


I have logged over 1600 hours of professional coaching, and am rigorously trained through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

My work is rooted in ontology, the study of being. Ontology looks at what it truly is to be human: The values we live by, the heroic journey we are each here to take, and, ultimately, the gift to others we want to be known for.

My pedagogy blends didactic presentation, personal reflection, group coaching, peer interaction, and experiential skill-building. My training approach involves:

    The foundation of my work is a set of success and empowerment principles, derived from spiritual teachings and scientific findings.

    My approach provides simple tools and practices you can use to immediately apply success principles in your life and work.

Packages & Pricing


My fee is $400 per training hour (not including expenses), and I will custom-tailor your training based upon your needs. I am available for engagements of any length, including:

  • Virtual webinars: 2 hours minimum
  • In-person training
    • Bay Area, California: 4 hours minimum
    • Elsewhere: Billed by 8-hour training day

All packages include the following:

  • Needs assessment

    We’ll start by clarifying your vision and intentions for working together, assessing our fit, and answering any and all questions.

  • Training materials

    Participant will leave with training materials they can always refer to, as well as simple tools and practices they can use every day.

  • Debrief and evaluation

    After our engagement, I will gather together with the relevant stakeholders to debrief and set any relevant next steps.
